Practice of BIM involves using 3D, real time and dynamic building modeling software that contain all the building information and help increase productivity. With growing complexities in building design and services, it is very important to develop an effective communication between all the project team members. BIM allows interaction of each consultants work within a building to eliminate uncertainties during the design stage itself before starting the construction process andhence reducing costs immensely.
