  • Preliminary Estimation: Obtain a preliminary estimation of the project from the architect and get the client's approval
  • Schedule: Provide a broad schedule of the project

Design & Development

  • Drawings: Obtain and check the required set of drawings and specifications
  • BIM: Get the drawings on BIM and optimize the design
  • Compliance: Check the drawing with respect to zoning regulations
  • Meetings: Schedule and record regular meetings with the architect to ensure smooth progress of the project
  • Reports: Prepare periodic progress reports
  • Detailed Estimation: Obtain a detailed estimation of the project from Architects and Engineering consultants and do value engineering

Working Drawings

  • Checklist: Obtain a list of the working drawings required from the Architects/Designers/Consultants and prepare a checklist
  • Drawings: Get all the required working drawings from the Architects/Designers/Consultants
