Sumit Cowshik is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Planning, Management & Execution of Hospitality & Leisure projects, Commercial & Retail, Industrial, Townships, Residential and Institutional Buildings. He has worked on many prestigious projects in India and abroad. A few of them are - ISBT Cum Commercial Complex at Mohali, Chandigarh with project cost of 400 crores and the area around 15,50,000 sqft., Construction of Indian Embassy & Afghan Parliament for which he got the highest appreciation letter from the government of Afghanistan. The project was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. Sumit has a vast experience of dealing with Government officials and departments for various construction projects that he has worked on.

Kamleshwar Shukla is a graduate Civil Engineer with MBA in Project Management, having a total experience of 30+ years in Planning, Management & Execution of IT Parks, Hospitality & Leisure projects, Airport, Commercial & Retail, Townships and Residential, and Institutional Buildings. He has worked on many prestigious projects in India and abroad. A few of them are -Terminal -3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi; 20 acres township ( 1200 unit, 2 & 3 BHK flats ) with state of the art club house swimming pool at Jaipur; 200 acres Industrial Park at Kota, Rajasthan; Commercial complex cum Corporate Office Building for INOX at NOIDA; Golf Resort at Gokarna Park, Kathmandu, Nepal; Taj Air Catering Unit, New Delhi & Kolkata.

Dr. Vanita Ahuja has over 20 years of industry and academic experience in the area of Construction Project Management. In industry, she has worked on Planning and Scheduling of projects of varying nature like residential and school projects, commercial projects etc. and has also provided consultancy for Delhi Metro project. She is an Associate Professor and Program Director at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University. She has also been associated with prestigious institutions as Visiting Faculty. Some of these institutions are: School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi; NICMAR, Delhi; L&T Institute of Project Management, Vadodara. In policy making area, she is part of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) working groups drafting guidelines for ‘Construction Project Management’. She is actively involved with Project Management Institute ( PMI-USA ) – North India Chapter.

Anju Bansal is a post graduate civil engineer and is Delhi College of Engineering and School of Planning & Architecture alumnus with over 25 years of industry experience in the area of Construction Project Management. In industry, she has worked on Planning and Scheduling of projects of varying nature like residential and institutional projects, commercial projects etc. and has also worked for DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation). She secured 1st rank in the Merit list for admission to Master’s Program in Building Engineering & Management of School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.
