Copia Projects provides various services during construction stage that include managing materials, people, supervising construction, tracking the progress of the project, interim and final payment management, change order management and project close-out and warranty management.

Specific Services

Construction to Completion

  • Site Management: Appoint full time site team to monitor the construction
  • Security: Arrange for 24/7 security at the site
  • Meetings: Regular site meetings and follow-ups
  • Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to manage the quality of works and if need be, timely implement corrective measures
  • Reports: Weekly and monthly reports of work scheduled against work performed, and of budget against expenditure
  • Documentation: Daily documentation of all the activities of site
  • Safety Inspection: Random checks to see that implemented safety measures are followed by the contractors
  • Reconciliation: Reconciliation of work done
  • Interim Payments: Check monthly interim payments to consultants and contractors in accordance with their respective contracts and against the reconciliation of work done.
  • Monthly Payments: Recommend to the client payment values for monthly interim payments.
  • Earned Value Analysis: Monitor the progress of the project according to the time and money spent every month and apply corrective measures, if required
  • Final Payments: Check final payments to consultants and contractors in accordance with their respective contracts and against the reconciliation of work done.

  • Change Orders: Document all the change orders applied for and approved
  • Punch List: At substantial completion, prepare a defect rectification list
  • Project Close-Out: Together with client, Architects, designers, consultants and contractors, determine and manage project closeout formalities including equipment warranties and manuals and build drawings by the contractors
